What started as a hobby, evolved into a passion. He was slowly driven by an incessant desire to shoot and capture, to put in color and frame, the beauty of nature and the exquisiteness of heritage. A corporate executive with a very hectic lifestyle and a heavy travel schedule, Agendra tries to maintain a work-life balance and takes an occasional weekend break alongside his business travels to shoot. Of course, all of his personal travels have only one driving force – to enhance his growing collection of photographs.

Creativity primarily involves working on various aspects of the same theme. This is precisely what Agendra does. Having identified nature and heritage as his primary "models", Agendra has photographed various aspects, moods and themes of the natural world and historical edifices. His work resonates with a self-grown USP - " the innate ability and sensitivity to look beyond the obvious in an otherwise ordinary and oft repeated frame." He gives an artistic touch to the subject and his trademark light-play lends evocativeness to the frames. There is no frenzy – only a prevailing peace and calm.

While his photographs depict a lesser known, sensitive side of Agendra, his curriculum vitae is the envy of many aspiring corporate leaders. An alumnus of BITS, Pilani, Agendra has been in the field of Information Technology for over 20 years now. He was appointed in VERITAS Software as Country Manager for India in 2002. VERITAS merged with Symantec in July 2005, to become the fourth largest software company in the world with leadership in Security and Availability software. Today, Agendra manages Global Customers for Symantec Corporation in Asia Pacific and Japan Region. However, photography remains his greatest and enduring passions. In his own words, "It is not only therapeutic but also a cathartic indulgence."
